【侨报记者管黎明3月21日纽约报道】由上海戏剧学院及纽约UCT国际文化发展中心联合主办的“和平与友谊——国际原创艺术研展暨首届中国音乐剧论坛”21日晚在纽约联合国总部举行。【侨报纽约网】

活动主办方，上海戏剧学院院务委员会主席楼巍和院长韩生特为活动发来贺函，祝贺活动在联合国成功举办。活动由主办方UCT国际文化发展中心负责人、青年艺术家李依凌主持，出席当天开幕剪彩仪式的嘉宾包括贝宁常驻联合国大使Jean-Francis R. Zinsou及夫人，马里常驻联合国大使夫人奥玛，新泽西州众议员约翰逊，以及纽约书法家吴佑贤等。

The main sponsors of the activity Wei Lou, the President on the Committee of Administration of Shanghai Theatre Academy, and Shengte Han, the President of Shanghai Theatre Academy sent letters congratulating on the success of the activity in the U.N. The activity was hosted by the youth artist Yiling Li, who is also the Director of the UCT International Culture Development Center. The distinguished guests who joined the Ribbon-cutting Ceremony included the Ambassador of Benin to the U.N. Jean-Francis R. Zinsou and his wife, the wife of the Ambassador of Mail to the U.N. Omar, a member of the New Jersey House of Representatives Johnson, and a New York calligrapher Youxian Wu, etc.

正在纽约访问交流的上戏音乐剧表演系副主任暨著名青年艺术家杨佳在晚会上主讲了中国音乐剧的创作和发展，并与几位正在纽约进修的上戏师生共同表演了精彩的中国戏曲音乐剧《长河》及《小河淌水》片段，另外还有百老汇音乐剧《西贡小姐》片段，以及来自日本的青年艺术家表演的歌曲独唱。

Jia Yang, who is the Deputy Director of the Department of Musical Theatre Performance of Shanghai Theatre Academy and also a famous youth artist and currently visiting New York, gave a speech on the creation and development of Chinese musical theatre during the evening, and he also performed the sections of the splendid Chinese Musical theatres Changhe and Xiaohe tangshui with some Shanghai Theatre Academy students who are studying in NY. The Broadway musical theatre Miss Saigon was played as well. A youth artist from Japan performed solo singing afterwards.

本次活动的另一个亮点是“首届中国音乐剧论坛”。上戏展出了近百年来80幅音乐剧在中国发展的剧照和资料。大部分照片都十分珍贵且鲜为人知。主办者表示，论坛在联合国总部举行，目的是让来自世界各国的外交官和艺术家有机会近距离了解中国音乐剧的现状及今后发展的方向和目标，从而促进中西艺术交流。

Another highlight of this activity was the First Chinese Musical Forum. Shanghai Theatre Academy has exhibited eighty photos and other materials that reflect the development of musical theatre in China in the past century. Most of these photos are very precious and rarely known. The main sponsor had stated that the purpose of having this forum in the U.N. headquarters was to give artists and diplomats from countries all over the world the opportunities to understand closely the current status and future goals for development of Chinese musical theatre, and thus promoting the communication between the Eastern and Western art societies.

参与21日活动的艺术家和嘉宾来自美国、中国、葡萄牙、泰国等多个国家和地区。除了论坛和表演外，现场还展出了多位艺术家的书法作品，这些参展者包括葡萄牙常驻联合国大使夫人、著名画家丽迪亚、贝宁常驻联合国大使夫人Colettte、旅居泰国的著名华人书法家李国栋、上海音乐剧表演系副主任著名青年艺术家杨佳，以及书法家吴佑贤等。

The artists and guests who participated in the activity on Mar. 21st came from the U.S., China, Portugal, Thailand, and many other countries and regions. Besides the forum and the performance, there were exhibitions of the calligraphic works by several artists; the exhibitors included the wife of the Ambassador of Portugal to the U.N., a famous painter Lydia, the wife of the Ambassador of Benin to the U.N. Colettte, Guodong Li, who is a famous Chinese calligrapher visiting and living in Thailand, youth artist and Deputy Director of the Department of Musical Theatre Performance of Shanghai Theatre Academy Jia Yang, and a calligrapher Youxian Wu.
